
The original recipe is made with lamb strips but beef ones are a great inexpensive substitute.
1 packet of Aria Farm Lamb Strips 1 cup of chopped spinach (optional)
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder (for extra spice add more or use hot curry powder)
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
1 can of chopped tomatoes (I puree mine)
1/4 cup milk
• Heat non-stick pan and add lamb strips.
• When chips are brown add onion and spinach, saute till onion is clear.
• Add curry powder and garam masala, mix in well.
• Add canned tomatoes and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
• Add milk, stir through and remove from heat.
• Serve over rice with a green salad.
